The townhome that’s for sale is a 1,595-sqft unit on the top end of Oyster Bayou Way. You couldn’t tell it by looking from the street; there is no Realtor sign or lock-box on the door. Fortunately, I have a realtor that keeps notifies me when a new MLS listing appears.

Actually, there is no signage on anyone else’s lot, either For Sale or For Rent. Of the 68 units in the community, there’s only the one for sale right now and only a half-dozen or so have sold in all of 2016.

As an owner, I like that!
