    Every Owners should have these three Homeowner Association documents in their permanent library:

    * Articles of Incorporation for our HOA
    * Bylaws for the HOA
    * Our DCCRs (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions)

    All three are included in the Appendix of Rick’s book “Living With The HOA” available through Amazon.

    Because residents selling their townhomes may want to give copies of our docs to prospective buyers, “The Appendix” is available separately. Follow the “Books” tab at the top of the page.
