I pass most units as I enter/exit the property. I rarely see For Sale signs and/or Realtor lockboxes on door handles. Our community is very stable. Our units sell very quickly.
Today, we have two units for sale! One is the largest and the other the small floorplan on the property. I found these listings on Zillow. The MLS listings/pictures can be found on many Realtor sites. (Search with Google or Bing.)

This unit is next to an end unit. The unit has one of the smallest floorplan. It has 1,480 square feet.
Each of the three lanais has a delightful view of the conservation area!
Oyster Bayou Way ~ MLS#: T3488667.
This unit is an end unit with three lanais! The unit is one of the largest units in the community. It has 1,806 square feet. It has three bedrooms and a den on the 3rd floor.
The ground-level garage is an easy walk to the pool!

- All townhomes at Bayshore were designed with screened porches, there is one lanai on the back of each of the three floors! They have ceiling fans throughout.
- The middle floor has an open floor plan:
- A kitchen. There is both a breakfast and a dining area
