NO Townhomes For Sale ~ August 21, 2020
I pass most units as I enter/exit the property. I rarely see For Sale signs and/or Realtor lock boxes on door handles. Our community is very stable.
This afternoon we NO units for sale! Two units have Realtor signs; they’re apparently under contract and not yet closed. One was sold before I could mention it here.
Pay attention: our units are under contract within 10 days from being listed!
- All townhomes were designed with three screened porches, one lanai on the back of each of the three floors!
- The middle floor has a kitchen, a great room with a wide sliding glass door onto the screened porch across the back. There is also a half-bath on this floor.
- The bedrooms are on the third floor, with a laundry room and two full baths. The master bedroom has a master bath. 3rd-floor floor plans vary; the largest units have 3 full bedrooms plus a den!
- The entire ground level was designed as a single garage with enough room to park up to four cars.
By all means, work with a Realtor to see Bayshore properties listed on MLS.
If your Realtor hasn’t suggested you seeing one of our units, then contact any Realtor listed below. These three are Bayshore residents, and their knowledge of the property is both professional and personal:
-
- Denice Jordan
- Marcus Lund
- Arlie Spicer
Contact information for them is on the previous page (Townhomes For Sale)
If you are considering buying a Bayshore unit, please order Rick’s book “Living with the HOA.” (look for the Books web page from the menu at the top). The book will show you questions to ask for this or any other townhouse or condominium association you might buy!
