I pass more than half the units as I enter/exit the property. I rarely see For Sale signs and/or Realtor lock boxes on door handles. Our community is very stable.
This morning we have only two units for sale!

- The bedrooms are on the third floor, with a laundry room and a full bath in in the hall. The master bedroom has a master bath.
- The entire ground level was designed as a single garage with enough room to park up to four cars.
