I pass more than half the units as I enter/exit the property. I rarely see For Sale signs and/or Realtor lock boxes on door handles. Our community is very stable.

Oyster Bayou Way ~ MLS#: U8068386. This is a 1,885 SqFt end unit, with three bedrooms and a den/office on the 3rd floor. The community pool is directly across the street from the end of the driveway, and the back lanais overlook a wooded area.

By all means, work with a Realtor to see Bayshore properties listed on MLS.
