For Sale ~ March 8, 2019 (3 Units)
As I enter/exit the property, I pass more than half the units on my travels. I rarely see For Sale signs and/or Realtor lock boxes on door handles. Our community is very stable.
I have alerts set up on my Realtor’s portal and Zillow.com ~ another MLS listing popped up this week! For the first time in years we have three units for sale at the same time.
[3rd] MLS# W7810252 ~ This is another 1,595 SqFt middle unit, with two bedrooms and a den/office on the 3rd floor. (The only reason the den isn’t a bedroom is that it doesn’t have a closet.)
The townhome is on Estuary Trail, and the lanais have a lovely view that overlooks a wildlife area.
Someone remarked that Estuary Trail units have the best of two worlds: urban living in front and rural living out back!
PS: This particular unit is listed by Matt Douglas, who has been sending us the Real Estate Market Updates.
[2nd] MLS# T3156446 ~ This listing is a 1,595 SqFt middle unit, with two bedrooms and a den/office on the 3rd floor. (The only reason the den isn’t a bedroom is that it doesn’t have a closet.)
The townhome is on Seagrape Circle, and the lanais have a lovely view that overlooks a lawn near the pool. You can walk out the back door for a short walk to the pool!
MLS# U8032692 ~ This listing is a 1,480 SqFt middle unit, with two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, and there is a half-bath on the second floor (the living area).
The townhome is on Oyster Bayou Way, near the Bayshore Drive entrance. The lanais have a lovely view that overlooks a pond and wildlife area. From the top floor, in the distance, you can see parts of the bay!
The white building at the top of the aerial view is a new medical school that is under construction, and it should be completed and opened in August, 2019. The new college is within walking distance of Bayshore Townhomes!
3160 Oyster Bayou Way is circled in the photo, with arrows pointing to the units on Seagrape Circle and Estuary Trail. All three have spectacular views!

By all means, work with a Realtor to see Bayshore properties. If you don’t yet have a Realtor, then you can contact Tom Scaglione or Matt Douglas. Their contact information is on the previous page (Townhomes For Sale)
PS: You can also copy the MLS number into Google for more information.
If you are considering buying a Bayshore unit, you might want to order my book “Living with the HOA.” (look for the Books web page from the menu at the top). The money’s not wasted; the book will show you questions to ask for any other townhouse or condominium association you might buy!
